These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. General

  • ORASKYE is a UK-based independent jewellery business.
  • Currently, ORASKYE is not registered as a sole trader or company but is operated by the owner.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.

2. Products

  • We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of our jewellery. Where products are made to order, we cannot guarantee an exact match to photos or previous pieces, as each item is unique and crafted individually.
  • All products are handmade or bespoke. Lead times may vary and will be stated per product.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via the website.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

  • We ship to the UK and Ireland only. 
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Liability

  • We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability for any defective products is limited to replacement or refund as per the Returns Policy.
