Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- If your order is made to order or bespoke, please allow additional lead time as specified on the product page.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to UK and Ireland addresses only.
- International shipping beyond these locations is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (or a similar tracked and insured courier) for all orders.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 business days for UK orders and 3-5 business days for Ireland after dispatch.
- For made-to-order items, please allow additional production time as indicated.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- While we take great care in packaging and dispatch, we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the postal service.
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at oraskyestudio@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it.
