Refund policy

Our Promise

We are a small, independent jewellery business focusing on hand-made pieces using traditional methods. Each piece we make, and each sale we make means a huge deal to us. We encourage you to shop small and sustainably, and we hope you love your ORASKYE pieces. However, if you need to return an item, here’s how we make it simple.

 

Returns

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

·      Items must be unused and in their original condition.

·      Returned in the original or secure packaging.

 

To start a return, please email oraskyestudio@gmail.com with:

·      Your order number

·      Reason for return

 

Return Shipping

We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another tracked, insured service.

This protects your item in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged on return shipping.

Return postage costs are not covered unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, we will refund the full price of the item(s)

·      Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exclusions

 Returns are not accepted for:

·      Custom-made or personalised jewellery

·      Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

·      Returns requested after the 28-day window

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, always within 28 days of receipt. 

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported with accompanying images and a description of the fault. 

Once inspected we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund including return postage.
